The EHS for Biopharma Summit Europe marked the first event of its kind, bringing together EHS leaders from big pharma, biotech, and CDMOs to share practical strategies and benchmark progress across lab and GMP environments.
Across three content-rich days, attendees explored risk assessment, biosafety, hazardous waste, cultural transformation, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies such as AI, gaining the strategic insights needed to develop a future-ready EHS function across R&D and manufacturing sites.
More than 80 global EHS leaders from organisations including AstraZeneca, Vertex, Ipsen, and Novo Nordisk exchanged insights, drove innovation, and helped shape the future of EHS in biopharma, advancing safer, smarter, and more sustainable science.
